1.1 The winplus5 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law governing online gambling and gaming activities regulated by PAGCOR.

1.2 By registering an account with winplus5, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

1.3 winplus5 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winplus5 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

1.4 Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of winplus5, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

2.1 To access real-money gaming features on winplus5, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) winplus5 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your winplus5 login credentials, including your username and password. 2.5 winplus5 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where winplus5 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

3.1 All financial transactions on the winplus5 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winplus5 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at winplus5's discretion.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the winplus5 cashier section and may vary by payment method. winplus5 reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

3.3 All funds deposited into your winplus5 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. winplus5 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

3.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. winplus5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

3.5 winplus5 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which winplus5 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 winplus5 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer.

4.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be specified in the individual promotion terms. 4.3 winplus5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. 4.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion, is strictly prohibited. winplus5 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

4.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Bonuses credited in error must be reported to winplus5 support immediately and may be reclaimed by winplus5 at any time.

5.1 All games available on the winplus5 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. No game on the winplus5 platform is manipulated in favor of the house beyond the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winplus5 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to winplus5;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing winplus5 staff or other players;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or winplus5 systems without authorization.

7.1 winplus5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods through their account settings at any time.

7.2 Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 12 months. Players who require a permanent self-exclusion may contact winplus5 support to have their account permanently closed. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winplus5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 winplus5's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 winplus5 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winplus5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 winplus5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winplus5 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

10.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, winplus5 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, winplus5 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances.

10.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their winplus5 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
